Healing from a painful incident doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and patience. You have to be willing to do the work. If you believe that you’re stuck and nothing or no one can help you, then that’s exactly what will happen.

Your negative thoughts will turn into negative actions. Guard your mind and your peace. Stop believing in these lies.

  1. No one cares about me.
  2. If I had a man all of this pain would go away.
  3. I have the right to seek revenge. It’s the only way to make myself feel better.
  4. This is all my fault
  5. If I make myself numb, my emotions about my past will disappear
  6. It’s too late for me. I’m damaged goods. So, it’s impossible for me to ever forgive & heal.
